Losing a spouse/partner at any age brings a unique and profound grief—one that can feel isolating and overwhelming. These support groups are here to provide a safe, accepting space where you can connect with others who truly “get it.”        

What To Expect: 

  • A community who understand the complexities of losing a partner.

  • A safe space to share experiences and gain insights.

  • Practical strategies for coping, navigating identity changes, and finding a new balance.

  • Support groups tailored to the specific challenges of grieving in an earlier season of life as well as later in life.

  • A group facilitator with personal and professional experience in supporting those experiencing this type of loss. _________________________________________

  • ** Group Type: VIRTUAL ages 21-55 (Closed group-no additional members added after the first meeting.)

  • Dates: 7 consecutive Thursdays: Sept 18-Oct 30

  • Location: Zoom

  • Time: 6:30 pm -8:30 pm

  • Investment: $400 {less than $30/hr} (discount and payment options discussed during initial consultation)

  • ** Group Type: IN PERSON ages 50+ (Closed group- no additional members added after the first meeting.)

  • Dates: : 7 consecutive Saturdays : Sept 20-Nov 1

  • Location: 3720 Benson Dr., Suite 102, Raleigh, NC 27609

  • Time: 10:00 am-12:00 pm

  • Investment: $400 {less than $30/hr} (discount and payment options discussed during initial coconsultation)_4__________________________________________
