Grief is more than an experience that simply needs time to heal. It is a lifetime of experiencing that affects every aspect of who you are and who you will be. Grief deserves your attention.

Spouse/Partner Loss Support Group (Ages 21–55)
The loss of a spouse or partner during early or mid-adulthood can feel especially destabilizing—often occurring alongside parenting responsibilities, career demands, financial stress, unexpected shifts in identity and future plans, and any number of other secondary losses. This group is designed for adults ages 21–55 navigating the unique complexities of partner loss during this stage of life.
The group provides a structured, supportive space to process grief alongside others who understand this experience. Through guided discussion and shared reflection, participants are supported in making sense of grief responses, reducing isolation, and engaging intentionally with life after loss—while honoring the depth of what has been lost.
